The Tony Burgess room is a bright, airy space on the upper floor at the front of the Corn Exchange, overlooking the Market Square.   

The enclosed room with integral door blinds is a perfect space for private meetings.  It can be laid out for training courses, boardroom-style meetings, conferences and breakout sessions.

The Tony Burgess Room measures 6.5m x 7.5m and can seat between 30 – 40 in a meeting format or up to 50 standing.

The room is fully air-conditioned, has its own sound system and fixed projection screen and can be accessed by lift from the ground floor.

The Tony Burgess Room can be booked in conjunction with the Riverport Café Bar for events that require a larger space. (Total area 90m2). Or for events that would like a bar and bar staff provision.
