About Our Spaces
The Corn Exchange has become a centrepiece for the town as both a community venue and an up and coming hub for music and local talent!
We can lend our self to both both large and small events and is ideal for a wide range of events, parties or markets!
The main Charter Hall can hold up to 250 people. We have our beautifully decorated Riverport Café Bar upstairs which is also available to hire when it is not hosting our coffee shop and bar! There are also other function rooms available to hire.
With help on hand to assist with organisation of catering, lighting, sound and much more, we provide flexible spaces that meet every need. The building is equipped with accessible toilets, lifts to the upper level, an induction loop in the main hall, a small loading area at the rear for deliveries and an on-site manager to help ensure that your event runs as smoothly as possible
The Charter Hall
The Charter Hall is a large open area which provides the perfect space for all types of events including private parties, formal dinners, exhibitions, conferences, dance classes, concerts, award ceremonies and all types of markets and fairs.
The Tony Burgess Room
The Tony Burgess room is a bright, airy space on the upper floor at the front of the Corn Exchange, overlooking the Market Square.
The Flexi Rooms
Located on the upper floor of the building, the Flexi rooms are at the rear end of The Corn Exchange in the new extension, easily accessible via the rear entrance from the car park.
The riverport café & Bar
The Riverport Café & Bar is located upstairs in the St Ives Corn Exchange, our cafe offers fantastic coffee and delicious treats. We’re open Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm, perfect for a midweek pick-me-up. Whether you’re meeting friends or enjoying some me-time, our welcoming ambiance awaits you.
Kitchen
The Corn Exchange kitchen is available for hire, offering you the flexibility to provide your own refreshments or employ a professional caterer. Situated at the rear of the main Charter Hall, this kitchen is ideal for any event.
