Riverport Singers, St Ives Dementia Friendly Community Choir

Times: Thursdays at 10:15am

About: We are a dementia friendly community choir, welcoming all, especially those living with dementia and their carers, friends and family. We sing a wide range of songs, folk, pop, and show tunes, accompanied by a pianist, words projected on a large screen. We give two concerts a year at the Corn Exchange. Our rehearsals are relaxed and a lot of fun. We meet on Thursday mornings in school term times, in the Charter Hall. Arrivals from 10.00, rehearsals run from 10.15-11.15. £3/person, payable on the door.

TOTS football fun, football fun factory

Times: Wednesdays at 9:30am

About: Join us for our Tots Football Fun sessions at the St Ives Corn Exchange. Tots Football Fun is our weekly training programme for children aged 18 months – 5 year olds. Our programme offers an introduction to football through fun games and activities, inside our fantastic inflatable football pitch!

SAM adhi yoga

Times: Saturdays at 8:15am

About: Hatha Yoga Flow class every Saturday at 8:15am in the Flexi Rooms upstairs. Sam is an experienced teacher, and the class is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. Come and join our friendly Yoga community!

TGS Performing arts

Times: Thursdays at 4:45pm – Commercial Vibes | Thursdays at 5:45pm – Advanced Jazz

About: We are a Performing Arts Part Time School , specializing in Jazz , Musical Theatre , Commercial and Tap.

st ives tabletop

Times: Fortnightly Sessions on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm

About: St Ives Tabletop is a tabletop gaming group for the area around St. Ives, Cambridgeshire.

We cover:

  • Predominantly board games, of which we have hundreds between us!
  • Occasionally tabletop role-playing games (RPGs)

We hold fortnightly sessions on Wednesday evenings at 19:30 to 23:00.

Pilates with Francesca

Times: Tuesday mornings: 9:15am, 10:20am, 11:30am

About: Pilates is a wonderful form of exercise for people of all ages and abilities it focuses on the deep postural muscles building strength from within, concentrating on getting the body back into correct alignment and making you feel stronger and more flexible. I work closely with my clients in small groups ensuring close supervision whilst you exercise. I am a level 3 qualified teacher and have experience teaching clients with low back pain, hip and knee replacements, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Windmill Yoga

Times: Thursdays at 10am

About: Windmill Yoga offers weekly classes suitable for all levels and abilities. Classes are held on a Thursday 10:00-11:00 in the Flexi-rooms upstairs, and a few members like to stop for a coffee afterwards.
