£30 - £150 dependant on type of function
Bar charge (ground/first floor)
£50 per bar
Event Manager
£50 - £250.00
Room clean charge may be added. Also Serverys & Kitchen to be left as found.
Room set up/down charge may be added. Depends on number of persons attending therefore quantity of furniture.
Event set up/down charge may be added. 30 mins for small rooms, 60 mins for main hall.
 
Booking Notes
 
25% deposit required on booking
25% of internal services. Then full payment of internal & external services 1 month before event.
Damage deposit may be required
Payable 1 month before the event. If clear returned within 7 days after the event.
Security plan required for larger events
Including H&S, ticketing, reception, cloakroom, doormen, and responsible persons
 
General Equipment
Staging, PA system, projector, screen, flip-charts, room dividers, display boards & piano

N.B. All persons or groups booking the Corn Exchange will need to identify a Responsible Person to be accountable for the health and safety of their group.
